Changes in the menu regarding protein day:

  • The intake of red fish is limited: no more than 150 grams of smoked and no more than 200 grams of raw. The amount of white fish and seafood is not limited;
  • When using chicken, wings, thighs and tails are prohibited. Turkey meat, these restrictions do not concern;
  • From dairy products with 0 % fat, preference should be given to those that contain less lactose;
